Appointments can be scheduled online or by calling our office at (732)800-9178. We ask that you arrive on time and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or limited future availability.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date health information and insurance details. Failure to do so may impact treatment outcomes or insurance coverage.
Saka Dental Spa accepts a variety of insurance providers. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to verify coverage. Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

Card on File Consent:
By receiving services from Saka Dental Spa, you authorize us to securely store your credit card information on file. This card may be charged for services rendered, late cancellation fees, or other charges incurred in accordance with this agreement. Your payment information is stored using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. You may update or revoke this authorization by contacting our office in writing, subject to any outstanding balances or pending charges.
