Cosmetic Consultation

To begin, you’ll need to come to Saka Dental Spa for a consultation with Dr. Sammy Saka. He will examine your mouth, discuss your smile goals with you, and come up with a treatment plan that fits your needs and your budget.

Tooth Prep and Veneer Fitting

If you’re approved for veneers, you’ll come in for a follow-up. Dr. Saka will clean and numb your mouth, then trim your teeth to make room for your veneers. Next, he’ll take impressions of your smile and place a set of temporary veneers on your teeth. Then, you’ll be sent home.

Building Your Veneers

Dr. Saka will send your impressions to a dental lab, where your permanent veneers will be made from durable ceramic materials. Your new veneers will match your teeth perfectly, and look totally natural. It takes 2-3 weeks to build your veneers, in most cases.

Final Veneer Placement

Once your veneers arrive at Saka Dental Spa, you’ll come in for one last appointment. Dr. Sammy will remove your temporaries, clean and prep your teeth, then check the fit of your permanent veneers one last time. Then, he’ll attach your veneers to your teeth with dental cement, polish them, and send you home to enjoy your brilliant new smile.

What Can Veneers Treat?

Chipped, Uneven, Misshapen Teeth

If your teeth are uneven, misshapen, or have minor chips, veneers may be the right way to restore their shape and appearance. However, they are not a restorative treatment. For serious chips and tooth damage, alternative treatments like dental crowns may be a better choice.

Severe Tooth Stains

Very deep tooth stains may not be removable with teeth whitening alone. With veneers, you won’t have to worry about tooth stains or discoloration. You can cover up these stains, restore the natural color of your teeth, and smile proudly once again.

Minor Gaps/Crooked Teeth

Veneers can be used to reshape crooked teeth and to fill up minor gaps between your teeth, particularly the front teeth. However, they are not meant to correct orthodontic problems. If you have serious issues with your bite and teeth alignment, you may need Invisalign to correct these problems before you can get veneers.
